Olive Paté – Olives in Oil and in Brine

Our pâté is made using a mechanical process that eliminates any olive stones and water from the residue paste of the pressed olives.
Our organic extra virgin olive oil, with a little salt, is then added to this paste to produce our pâté – a genuine product that is delicious with every sort of pasta or bread.

ONLY WITH HEALTHY AND FRESH OLIVES, HARVESTED BY HAND, PRODUCED ORGANICALLY IN THE OLIVE GROVES OF TIGNALE.
