Description
Plum jam produced with fruit hand-picked from old trees in the area (Fruits of memory) very natural as they are "semi-cultivated" (fruit-bearing without fertilization and treatments with pesticides) extra jams are produced with a system that concentrates the fruit at low temperatures (in vacuum) to keep the original properties of the fruit unchanged as much as possible. The attention to the healthiness of the jams is completed with the total absence of thickeners, colorings or other chemical preservatives. The sugar used, in the minimum indispensable quantity required by the regulations, is BIO - Italian of the highest quality.

Returns
