Lemon Infused Oil and Orange Infused Oil

The cultivation of citrus fruits in lemon houses, such as “Prà de la Fam”, is a distinctive part of the local landscape. Lemon infused oil is a successful combination of two excellent products of Tignale: olives and lemons.
It is obtained by pressing organic olives and lemons using our olivepress, and
skillfully dosing them. The fresh and intense aromas and taste of our lemon infused oil are particularly enhanced with grilled meat and fish.
