ANCIENT BETTANINI DISTILLERY at the AGRITURISMO “AL LAMBIC”
Another one of Tignale’s jewel in the crown the extremely refined grappa “Rugiada delle Alpi” (Alps dew). This is produced in the old Bettanini’s distillery since the middle of the 19th Cen-tury following ancient and knowing distillation method. The grappa owes its name one of its prestigious estimators, the poet Gabriele d’Annunzio, that personally picked the liquor’s name.
Every year Tignale dedicates the last week of September and the first week of October to a highly valuable fruit of the ground: truffle. The Truffle enogastronomic festival offers the visitor the possibility to learn about the history of truffles as well as the chance to enjoy truffle’s delicious taste together with other local food and drinks products.
