Description
Genuine honey of the highest quality is produced from around 100 hives. The large quantity of chestnut groves present in the area allows foraging bees to harvest pollen and nectar with excellent characteristics. The harvest of this honey with its characteristic taste and typically dark color takes place starting from the second half of August. The honey extraction and packaging are carried out by hand, avoiding any alteration in the Latteria Turnaria laboratory.
