Monocultivar Extra Virgin Olive Oil obtained with "Leccino" olives, a well-known and widespread variety, characterized by very resistant and long-lived plants. It is obtained exclusively from healthy olives, harvested by hand and pressed within 24/48 hours of harvesting. Produced through the cold extraction of olives solely by mechanical processes whose free acidity, expressed in oleic acid, does not exceed 0.8%.
On tasting the olfactory scents are confirmed. Excellent balance between fruity, bitter and spicy. A sweet entry with hints of green pea pods and a final note of sweet almond.
